Before You Come to Pinnacle
To help insure that you have a fantastic experience with us, please remember the following items before you come to Pinnacle:
- Check in begins at 3:00 p.m.
- Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
- Meal times are Dinner 5:30-6:30 p.m.; Breakfast 8:00-9:00 a.m.; Lunch 12:00-1:00 p.m.
- All linens are provided in the Main Lodge
- NO linens or pillows are provided in cabins
- Sorry, guest rooms do not have televisions or telephones. There is a house phone available in the hall beside the front desk.
- Most cell phones do have service here
- We do provide Free Wi-Fi service in our main lobby areas
- Your balance due is payable at the time of check-in
- We accept checks and cash. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards
- Final guest count and invoice: You must get your final guest count to us 7 days prior to your arrival date. Reductions in the number of guests may be made up to 7 days prior to the arrival date. After that date, you are responsible for paying the entire balance due on the invoice for the guests and meals that have been previously reserved.
- Please keep in mind that our rates are low because they are group rates. Late arrivals and early departures of guests can not be discounted on your invoice.
