What is the mission of Pinnacle?

Camp Pinnacle Conference and Retreat Center is dedicated to God, to lead people to Christ, to develop Christian character, and to promote world missions.

What is the objective of Pinnacle?

The objective of Camp Pinnacle Conference and Retreat Center is to provide an environment that encourages development in the spiritual, intellectual, emotional, social, and physical areas of life.

Is smoking allowed?

No. In accordance with our mission and objective, we are a smoke free campus. Furthermore, weapons, animals, tobacco, alcohol, profanity and controlled substances are prohibited.

What time is check in?

Check in begins at 3:00 p.m.

What time is check out?

Check-out time is 11:00 am. Please follow check-out instructions posted in your lodging space. Late checkouts for lodge and conference rooms must be approved in advance.

Do you provide conference room equipment?

Yes, we provide the following at no charge; DVD/VCR player, TV monitor, video projector, CD Player, sound system, electronic key board, white board, flip chart etc. (The number of video projectors is limited so you may want to bring one as a back up)

Do you provide laptop computers?

No

Do you have Wi-Fi?

YES, we do provide WI-FI internet service in our main lobby areas. We also have a courtesy computer station in the lobby where you can plug in flash drives and make copies, etc.

Are linens provided?

Yes, in the Main Lodge all linens are provided. No linens are provided in the cabin lodges.

Do I need to bring soap and shampoo?

No, soap and shampoo are provided in all accommodations

Do you have quiet hours?

Yes, Quiet hours are 11:00 p.m. till 7:00 a.m. (inside and outside).

Do you have TV’s?

For a more restful retreat, guest rooms do not have televisions or telephones. There is a house phone available in the hall beside the front desk. Most cell phones do have service here.

Do you offer group rates?

Yes, our rates are low because they are group rates. Late arrivals and early departures of guests can not be discounted on your invoice. Reductions in the number of guests may be made up to 7 days prior to the arrival date. After that date, you are responsible for paying the entire balance due on the invoice for the guests and meals that have been previously reserved.

Do you accept credit cards.

No, we accept checks and cash.

Can we tape things to the walls?

Wall visuals must be attached to walls utilizing provided cork strips. Tape, tacks, and wall putty are prohibited on floors, walls, ceilings, and windows. Duct tape and scotch tape damage the paint and are not allowed. Masking tape is permitted on a limited basis.
