Here are some frequently asked questions by registering guests 

      What is the mission of Pinnacle Retreat Center? 

Pinnacle Retreat Center is dedicated to God to lead people to Christ, to develop Christian character, and to promote world missions.

What can we expect to encounter at Pinnacle Retreat Center?

Clean facilities, delicious food and friendly service that provide the ideal environment in which to Retreat, Relax and Revive!

What types of accommodations are available for my group? 

The main lodge has 36 private lodge rooms ideal for adult groups.  We also have modern cabin lodges, these are ideal for groups of all types including: adults, students, youth, children etc.

What type of beds do you have?

The main lodge rooms have three single beds each.

The 3,700 sq. ft. cabin lodges have 28 single beds (14 on each side)

What is your pricing plan? 

Our Pinnacle Package Plans are simple and give a bottom line dollar cost per person.  These group rates include lodging, meals, meeting room and all campus amenities, taxes and insurance. 

Are facilities available to us if we would like to make our own meals?

Sorry, facilities are not available for group cooking.  Delicious meals are served in our full service dining hall.  Meals from off campus may not be brought in or catered and consumed in the dining hall, meeting rooms or other areas.

 

Do you have a minimum group size?

Yes, 25 guests

What if we are not able to meet the minimum group size?

           Consider partnering with another church or group.What time is check in?  

           Check in begins AFTER 3:00 p.m.

What are meal times?

Breakfast 8:00-9:00 am,  Lunch 12:00-1:00 pm,      Dinner 5:30-6:30 pm

What time is check out? 

            Check-out time is 11:00 am.

Please follow specific check out instructions posted in your lodging space.  Please see your contract for further details.

Do you provide audio/visual and meeting room equipment? 

YES, we provide the following at no charge to you;  DVD player, video projector, video screen, tables, chairs, podium, CD Player, sound system, microphones, electronic key board or piano, white board, flip chart etc.  

Do you provide laptop computers for presentations?

            Sorry, we do not.

Do you provide Wi-Fi? 

YES, we do provide WI-FI internet service in the conference center. We also have a courtesy computer station in the lower level lobby.

Are linens provided in the main lodge? 

Yes, in the main lodge all linens and pillows are provided. 

Are linens provided in the cabin lodges? 

No, linens or pillows are not provided in the cabin lodges.

Do you have quiet hours? 

Yes, for the consideration of other guests and Pinnacle neighbors, quiet hours are 11:00 p.m. till 7:00 a.m. (inside and outside).

Do you have televisions and telephones?  

For a more restful retreat, guest rooms do not have televisions or telephones.  There is a house phone available in the hall beside the front desk. Most cell phones do have service here.

Do you accept credit cards? 

At this time we only accept checks and cash.

Is smoking allowed? 

No, all of our buildings are smoke free.  Furthermore, In accordance with our mission and objective, weapons, animals, tobacco, alcohol, profanity and controlled substances are prohibited.

Will other groups be on site during my stay?

Yes, our spacious 47 acre campus and facilities are able to accomodate several groups at the same time. In addition, groups are only booked if they are in accordance with our mission statement. 

Do guests need to bring extra money for any reason?

YES, the Pinnacle gift shop offers snacks, drinks, ice cream, T-shirts, jewelry, and other wonderful souvenir items.  Also, a drink machine is located on the lower level patio.
